Email on my phone isn't working

Not receiving email on personal device (phone)


You stopped receiving email on your phone.


Go to the chinook portal ( and try to log in.
If your password has expired, you will be prompted to change your password when you login to the portal. Make sure you choose a password that meets the following requirements.

Password Requirements
  1. Password has not been used before (parts cannot be repeated)
  2. Is at least 8 characters long (12 is much better!)
  3. One uppercase letter
  4. One lowercase letter
  5. One number or or symbol
Passwords expire every 6 months for staff.
