Users may require live remote support from a TIS agent. In order to provide you with a simple access solution please follow the below steps:

Do not do any of these steps unless instructed by a TIS Technician! Phone contact should be made with you prior to this. NEVER give out this information over an email.

  1. On the PC you need support with, navigate to https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/
  2. On the page, scroll down to "TeamViewer QuickSupport" and click "Download QuickSupport"

  3. Once the download is complete, open the downloaded program by clicking on it:

  4. Once the program is open, give the agent Your ID and Password:

You should now be connected!
