ISSUE:
If a window does not show-up or you've clicked on something for example you're searching for a student while doing daily attendance and nothing happens.
SOLUTION:
Then, the first thing to do is to check if pop-blocker is allowed for MSS. For checking pop-blocker, please look on the top right hand corner in the browser and say allow.
