How to check parent username and password?

This is a short-coming in the system. Unfortunately, it does not let you email password the 2nd time. But, there is a help guide in the portal called "How to check parent username and password?"

If a parent or a student have issue logging in to MSS, first thing to check if their Chinook password is working or not (if they are a student). If they continue to have issues, please use this Google form to submit a help request:
