Registering with the Self Service Password Tool
This guide will show you how to register for the Self Service Password Tool.
2. Click on “About Me”
3. Login with your Chinook User ID ex. jsmith72 and password
4. Enter your cell phone number in the “Verification Contact” Field and then click “Register”
5. A text message with a 6-digit code will be sent to the phone number that was entered. Enter the code into the “Verification Code” Field and then click “Register”
You can now use your cell phone number to reset a forgotten password with this tool
