Teamviewer Session Connect

Users may require live remote support from a TIS agent. In order to provide you with a simple access solution please follow the below steps:

If you have Teamviewer running already on your computer, this method will not work. Please close any running instances of Teamviewer and try again.

  1. On the computer you would like support with, click the link sent to you from the TIS agent. ( example. http://get.teamviewer.com/v15/s58259893)
  2. Once the page is loaded, if a cookies warning pops up, please accept the cookies.
  3. In the window that is presented, click "Teamviewer Quick Support."
  4. This will download the session connect program. Once downloaded, double click the downloaded program to run it.
  5. Once the program is running, and the light on the bottom is green, you are ready for the TIS agent to connect.
  6. When the agent connects, you will get the below pop up asking for your permission to connect. Please select "Allow."

The agent can now provide remote support!
